The Mountain View from our rooms. Lovely gardens. Plenty space for children to play and running around. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good size swimming pool.

Convenient pick-up from our previous hotel in Surabaya to Arainn. Very friendly driver who we (after this great experience) booked as a driver for the rest of our stay. Arainn is situated at a great location with an amazing view over Tretes/Prigen. Arainn is situated near Kakek Bodo Waterfall, so you can either walk (downhill) or take a small ride to there. Our rooms exceeded our expectations in size, luxury and cleaniness. Staff was very friendly and we had great conversations. It was easy to arrange breakfast / lunch and or other things. Once we could not find a Grab driver from our destination back to Arainn, so Arainn staff picked us up themselves. At Arainn we were the only guests during our stay so we were able to relax and take in the view. One day we enjoyed the view of the nature as we saw monkeys passing by and exotic birds flying past our window. All in all amazing / great experience.
