Staff and Operation Manager were totally helpfull, kind, and very professional. Here you find a quiet, real human-sized place. "Luxury mood" is not what describe this resort... but a "Family Jem place" it's the right description! Whether if you are a couple or a family, here, it worth while to spend 4/5 nights if you whant to escape from cities rules, noises and caotic life style: that's the real luxury esperiece you'll find. Hoping that other occidental people make this warmest experience we had (but pay attention, food is totally asiatic style: Very tasty, good and fresh, especially seafood. if you are searching for 'an intercontinental cuisine" ...this is not the place)

Very convenient to everything...walkable to ferry terminal, traditional and wet markets and seafood restaurant and the espanade area. Easy to move around with grab to places for food , massage, etc. Value for money hotel, has all you need , but for that very good price , do not expect top notch service, especially the breakfast spread that was included. I would still give it a 10. Will use this hotel again and highly recommend to others.
