United StatesThis hotel is absolutely gorgeous!!! Clean, so comfortable, everything is new. The staff are amazing. Dinner and breakfast were included. We got treated like royalty. They even gave our driver a free room and also dinner and breakfast. The hotel shuttle also drove us to the hot springs for free!! 10 out of 10 for everything!! Thank you Hakata!!!!! We had a fantastic stay!
