Had only one night. We were greeted by a very friendly woman upon arrival. We went to our room and got settled then went for a pint of Guinness in the common area, same woman poured our pint. We had an issue getting a light to work in our room and she went up straightaway and fixed it! Breakfast was very nice, our server was quick and efficient! Upon checkout the same woman from the evening before checked us out! ( Does she sleep?)

Have been coming to Dooley's Hotel for a few years. Love the ambience and the comfort. The food is excellent, the staff go out of their way to help you. It is spotless clean......I would never think of anywhere else to stay in Waterford..... coming over the bridge and seeing 'HOTEL' on the wall is like coming home!!! We stay here for a night every year after Christmas with our dog to visit local friends and family. The staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble for them. They arranged a change of room for us as there was an issue with the heating. Also called the next day as I had left earbuds behind. Will definitely stay again.
