that we were promised our money back because of an initial booking confusion. the owner gave us her word that she would give a refund as we couldnt stay due to having our pet dog with us (a very clean, well behaved and quiet dog) and that it was an initial booking.com booking error, which we understood and did not debate about.

Room was a good size. Beds were comfortable. We had a nice view out of our window. Breakfast was good, but couldn’t get my head around why the hot food was not self service.
