The only thing I liked was the room upgrade because the pictured of the "upgraded" rooms were not at all what they were, there was mold on the walls and in the vents giving a musty smell, the details were old and not at all what I accepted. We had to switch rooms twice until they upgraded us to a nicer room. I told them I could have stayed at the Taj itself for the price, and I was very disappointed. They did try to rectify it, which was why I ended up with an actual room upgraded, I told them I reviewed hotels, and all of a sudden, they were much more helpful. I also liked the pool, it was a nice vibe, I didn't like that right when we went out. There were 6 plus workers outside who were cleaning. When you have guests enjoying the pool and your being starred at by workers, it's not a nice feeling. We got out because we were uncomfortable.

    I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

    I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms have been recently renovated, offering a fresh and modern feel while maintaining great comfort. The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to assist, making the stay even more pleasant. One of the highlights was the food—absolutely amazing, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was well-prepared and flavorful. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and excellent dining!
