My recent stay turned into a truly memorable experience, thanks to the outstanding efforts of the housekeeping and front desk teams. The room was beautifully decorated with towel art and balloons, and a delicious chocolate cake was provided to celebrate my special day — a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot. Every request I made was handled promptly and with genuine warmth by the front office team. Although my initial interaction with the operator wasn’t the best, the front desk’s responsiveness and dedication completely turned things around, making my stay extremely comfortable. Kudos to the entire team for their commitment to guest satisfaction and going the extra mile! Special mention to Mr. Manikanta, Mr. Manish, Mr. Pankaj and I don’t remember the name of person who took my check in. Also, kudos to housekeeping team.
