Very clean and hygienic stay with spacious rooms and the best part is, it's right next to the mandrem beach. The staff was super polite and helped us in any way they could. Quick on their feet and absolutely humble.

The place was very cute, surrounded by beautiful greenery. It was very relaxing, with the background of birds chirping. The rooms were amazing, neat and equipped with everything one may need, all of them had a wonderful pool view. The location was great and convenient as it was in close proximity to the cleanest and fun beaches in Goa. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they helped me explore some hidden treasures of Goa. I’d definitely visit again!

Would def stay again to try the bathtub lol! would be more incluned if they screened the bathroom window. otherwise, the room decor is amazing and bed was super comfortable. loved the staff, friendly owners and location.

    The beach is stunning, clean, safe, fun people and beautiful...

    The beach is stunning, clean, safe, fun people and beautiful sunsets. It's not too busy at all, and no noise after 10.30pm. There are a few places to eat, Dunes was great, definately recommend. I just people watched, went in and out of the sea, lazed around and chilled - it is supper chill and comes alive early evening. Everyone sits and watches the sun setting which is really special. Go, you must!

    A beautiful relatively quiet Goa beach, so far. That may change as Mopa airport gains more air services. Lovely white sands, good selection of shacks walkable on south end of arambol beach. I love this beach.

    Mandrem is lovely and quieter than other parts of Goa.

    Mandrem is lovely and quieter than other parts of Goa. As with most of the beaches, the beach chairs are quite far back from the water due to the tide coming up so far. It's a lovely place and would definitely visit again!

    Beach was fabulous, yoga classes on the beach, good choice of restaurants, plenty of tourist shops and also supermarkets, money exchanges, taxis, etc. Quite a hippy vibe, mix of families with young children, a lot of young people and also older generation.

    The beaches from the property are minimum 25-30 mins drive. The property is good and peaceful away from the hustle bustle. Beaches to visit are Morjim, vegator and Arambol. Mandrem is a peaceful place and the nearest beach is Morjim.

    We were so happy to be the first guests at this property! This is a great place to stay near Mandrem and Ashwem beach. The host is extremely helpful and kind and the aunties make great coffee/chai and food at a great price. We definitely recommend staying here! The property is surrounded by lush green mountains as well. Great stay for your group travels. Best location, privacy & food.
