Haven’t met any of the staff but the location is outstanding! Amazing views from the window of my room and watching sunrise was an absolute bliss 🌄 Love the peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

Nice basic little rooms and modern bathroom. Despite the weather, it was nice and cozy inside! Breakfast was simple (bread, diced cheese, meats, jams, yogurt) but the view from the dining area was gorgeous.

This was by far the best accommodations we have had thus far in Iceland. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the entire guesthouse felt very homey and comfortable. Enjoyed the family touches, and learning about how the guesthouse came to be as with their expansions over the years you can tell how much care and thought has gone into building the guesthouse. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and affordable, which lead us to trying the dinner which was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Beautiful small place with big windows and gorgeous views on the glaciers! Walk beyond the little hill behind the Guesthouse and you will find even more stunning views. I loved that cute sheep came by in the morning and evening. I recommend booking a kayak tour with iceguide.is on the glacier lagoon that is close by. An exceptional experience!

We loved this amazing little cabin at the foothills of the mountains! So peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub was fantastic and had incredible views. Hosts were amazing and had 2 very friendly and playful dogs. Close to a glacier which we managed to have to ourselves after a morning hot tub. Heating and hot water in the cabin was great. Beds very comfy.
