Lovely staff, so helpful and kind. Great facilities in the hotel, great breakfast with lots of choice. The rooms were super clean. I didn’t catch the receptionist name, but she went above and beyond to ensure that I got to visit the Villa castle ruins. I absolutely loved my trip. I would stay here again.

Location perfect on the Cathedral piazza. (We didn't mind the bell ringing at odd hours). During our stay we caught the end of a music festival, the three-day Norman festival, and the feast of St Maria. All noisy and wonderful! Staff at hotel were SO helpful. We were arrivingoutside of checkin hours so they left a key hidden for us and sent videos on WhatsApp on how to find the hotel entrance, key, and our room. We had to abandon the car on the outskirts of town when we arrived due to traffic restrictions. The next morning Omaima walked with me to the car and guided me back to a carpark just around the corner from the hotel. The owner Ettore got us free tickets to the jousting event. The hotel itself is gorgeous- very small and boutique with lots of art. This was our best stay in Sicily and we were there for several weeks.

Christian was a fabulous host—twice, he made an exceptional effort to come out and get us a parking space in the pouring rain. He baked wonderful cakes for breakfast each morning, catering to my need for a lactose free meal yet providing excellent Sicilian treats. He made pizza for us and another guest one evening to celebrate his birthday! The property was decorated with exquisite good taste. The view of Piazza Armerina from the terrace was breathtaking. We had stimulating conversations about Sicily, life, history, and food. I cannot say enough good things about our stay.

Very lovely and modern place and very clean. Our room was comfortable. Easy to reach from the bus stop. Perfect location to explore Piazza Armerina. Restaurants, shops, coffee places nearby. Very lovely breakfast. The owners was very helpful. We were allowed to leave luggage before check-in. Kitchen is very well equiped. Coffee & tea provided. Bathroom amenities provided. Communication was easy. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
