My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Dafne and really enjoyed the friendly and helpful people there. The breakfast was good and we really loved the dinners we had. Fresh ingredients from their own farm and from local suppliers. Villa Dafne is right in the middle of it all with a whole bunch of historical, cultural, gastronomical and touristic spots to be reached in a good hour by car. Quiet and a wonderful setting with a lot of places to sit and enjoy the beautiful Sicilian landscape. We definitely will return!

We had a wonderful stay at Fontana Murata Resort and Spa. Mariella gave us such a warm welcome with coffee and homemade biscuits and was incredibly attentive throughout, she truly made our stay special and we would come back just to see her. The setting is peaceful and beautiful, with a stunning historic building full of character. We loved the spa and had an amazing massage, as well as exploring the grounds, orchard, church, and original kitchen. Dinner was a fantastic four-course traditional meal with appetisers, homemade pulled pork pasta, sausage, and cannoli, all delicious and paired with a lovely wine. Breakfast each morning was excellent with fresh croissants and cakes. Thank you also for the great recommendation for the local pizzeria on our second night.

We had a wonderful stay at Agriturismo Masseria Acque di Palermo in April. The property is absolutely stunning — a beautifully renovated old farm building full of charm, character, and peaceful surroundings. Our host was lovely and incredibly attentive throughout our stay, making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The fresh eggs and homemade baked goods waiting for us were such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated after travelling. Everything about the experience felt authentic, relaxing, and carefully curated with great attention to detail. We were so pleased to have discovered this special place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay in Sicily. We will definitely return!

The host, Giusy, was amazing! We were walking from Caccamo and then on to Polizzi Generoso. Along the way from Caccamo a dog started walking with us. Normally you'd expect such a dog to at some point decide to go home by itself - not this dog! He stayed with us for the whole walk from Caccamo. When we arrived at the accomodation with a surprise dog Giusy was amazing. She used her connections in Facebook to find the dog's owners. Within 3 hours the owners arrived to pick up the dog to take him home. In the meantime the dog was allowed into the accomadation to rest, and when Giusy arrived to tell us the owners had been found she brought some food for him. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

It's a great place to enjoy the quiet and peaceful location of Lercara Friddi and its surroundings. It's super near the city, although I recommend arriving by car, given that there are a lot of hills to go to the city. The host is fantastic, always happy to help, and explains everything well and in detail. We would love to come back again during summertime
