Staff were extra helpful. I’d give them 11/10 for their service. When reception found out we were heading out for a tour before breakfast was ready they packed us a bag of goodies to have in lieu of breakfast. They also upgraded us up to fit two single beds in the room. As I requested for two single beds.

Incredible location. The staff think of everything to make your stay perfect. Attention to detail, friendliness, helpfulness, excellent service. Beautifully decorated throughout. Great breakfast. Nibbles and a drink in the evening, provided for all guests free of charge in the bar.

The staff and service was fantastic. The room was clean and the bed very confortable. A/C very effective. The breakfast was good. In the afternoon free coffe, tea and cakes and from 18.30 to 19.30 free prosecco and wine. The location is great and we have found our hotel in Florenze forever.
