Loved the breakfast and location

Family feeling hotel, so so friendly and helpful stuff, we felt very welcomed. Room was spacious, clean, I never had such comfortable bed matrace - wonderful - I was just a bit upset the bed was not bigger :-) Breakfast was great and we had dinners were excellent, like you would get invited by friend for dinner = home made meal. So delicious. Can only recommend.

Guests where vey sympathetic - room was comfortable

Great location, friendly staff

Clean. Nice breakfast. Has a store. Easy access to restaurants.

The hotel is excellent. It is pleasant and family-run, with everything perfectly clean and the staff extremely friendly. The breakfast is great, with plenty of choice. The ski room is well organised, and there are enough parking spaces. The location is close to the Carosello 3000 gondola and also convenient for a pleasant walk to the town centre. We will definitely come back.

Clean, comfortable, incredible staff

The staff were great. The room was clean and comfortable. The wait staff in the restaurant were very attentive and take a lot of pride in what they do.

very close to livigno and bormio. great staff and food

The room has lots of windows and light. The room was very cute and comfortable with a nice size with sitting area. Great breakfast.

It is a wonderful hotel with lovely rooms and a great location near the slopes and town. I truly loved staying here

Comfortable beds, modern and comfortable. No frills but don’t need that. Great restaurant. Food was excellent for lunch and breakfast. Friendly staff.

Every person from the team is accommodating, helpful and warm. We appreciate the attention to detail to provide guests a great experience in every aspect of the stay. The location sits in a quiet area which looks out to the city with a good view, perfect for slowing down from life’s stresses. The resort and the people behind it make connecting with nature and relaxation very easy. We loved being able to meet animals who they take care of quite well. We’re already looking forward to be back again. Thank you for being a huge part of a wonderful vacation!

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable hotel and excellent breakfast.

Place is squeaky clean, facilities are really nice and the staff is amazing! Very good breakfast and again, amazing service. Would 100% recommend.

The property it’s brand new, has everything to satisfy everyone adults and kids

The front desk staff was very helpful and helped in all matters. The hotel is very clean and in the best location by the gondola. The architecture has been planned with good taste and nice mixture of modern and traditional design.
