Where to start ? We came from NZ for a family wedding .. the apartment was perfectly situated. It exceeded our expectations by being VERY comfortable and spacious, particularly in the main bedroom and bathroom.. Excellent kitchen . We didn't cook there .. but could have easily. Supermarket (smallish) 1 minute away ... plus another (larger) 5 mins by car .. hhmm 15mins walking. Excellent communications from hosts Sergio and Maria.. and easy access to apartment. The trick to this is to complete all the paperwork (contract) first. Parking is available.literally next door on street.. or a 2min walk behind the apartment. Thank you Sergio & Maria .. we will be back !!!

Very clean, plenty of space, all the amenities, glassware, cookware, etc. Very quiet area, central, plenty of parking space across the road. Very welcoming host, very helpful and friendly. Very close to Ski Areas - 10 min drive, also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. House was very spacious, with plenty of storage space, and had everything you needed to live in, even for an extended period of time. Cleaning wise, it was immaculate. Everything was clean and looking brand new. We were extremely happy with this accomodation and will definitely book again if we ever come back to this area.

My wife and I stayed at Bellavista Valmadrera over Easter for our anniversary, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the hosts, who were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. The entire property was spotless—tidy, clean, and clearly well cared for. It’s a peaceful, quiet place that allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying each morning, and we really enjoyed the restaurant connected to the hotel—it was a great touch having such quality dining right on site. The free and secure parking was a big plus, and the whole atmosphere made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our special occasion. Highly recommended.

The house is lovely and the view is priceless! You are basically invited to live in the owner house, they opened their door for us and hospitality! Loved every minute of it. I stay in many chain hotels due to the work so this was refreshing and such a treat!

Tiny pretty apartment in Ballabio. Perfect for us! Very clean and quiet and we could had a quiet night of sleep. The hosts were very kind and gave us very clear instructions on how to find the apartment.. totally recommended for a short stay!

Complete new renovation at Ballabio. Antonnello, the owner, is very friendly, flexible and ready to help/guide you during your stay. Good position with easy connections to Lecco/Dervio by bus or to Milan by train from Lecco.
