First of all, exceptional service. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is small and perfectly taken care of, very clean, very comfortable, nice pools, nice spa, great breakfast, good restaurant. I defenitely recommend it.

This is a lovely, beautiful hotel with friendly staff in an old building. Do not expext luxury, but it is charming a place, the walls are full of paintings, colourful, with a good restaurant and continental breakfast.

We had such a lovely stay! We stayed in Varese for one night because we were catching a flight home next morning. The hotel is situated in a perfect spot, in the historic centre, with a lot of nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. The hotel parking is very convenient. All staff members were extremely polite and nice, and very eager to help in any way possible. My room was very nice, modern , clean and with a nice city view. I will be staying here again for sure whenever I am back in this area.
