I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Santa Maria. The location is excellent for kite surfers. The whole ambient is amazing. The swimming pool is very nice and refreshing. The restaurant has excellent breakfast and gluten free options (not only sweet options as usual in Italy). Also, I enjoyed my lunches and dinners in the restaurant Santa Maria. The food is fresh and amazing and the portions are quite big. I also tried the massage offer through hotel and it was excellent and very professional. It is also possible to rent bikes from the hotel to go to the nearby beaches or villages. Would definitely come back again!

This B&B is right on the spot and Caterina is a great host who makes an awesome breakfast every day. Being able to use the kitchen as a guest with a provided fridge is great as well.

Nuccia and Michele go above and beyond to make guests feel exceptionally welcome, valued, and cared for. They truly make you feel like part of the family. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, with all necessary amenities. There's a gas stove, cutlery and crockery, a washing machine and drying rack (also known as clothes horse). The air conditioning is fully functional and efficient and there's also free WiFi (although we never used that, as there was very good signal with our mobile phones). The absence of a boiler for coffee/tea wasn't a problem, as we used a pot to heat water on the gas stove (pay attention as it boils almost immediately). There was plenty of hot water, so the three of as managed to shower the moment we were back from the beach. Recommended for families with children, but also for child free adults looking for a peaceful environment.

Everything was ok🙂 Cosy apartment, you have there everything you need. Very close to the kite spot - maybe 3 minutes walk. At the spot is bar, where are loud parties so it is better to have small distance like in this apartment because is quiet and you can rest in silence 😀

Lo Stagnone and specifically the area of Birgi Vecchi is...

Lo Stagnone and specifically the area of Birgi Vecchi is just great. It's a magnificent place to kite and though it attracts a lot of tourists, it never has that commercial tourism feeling. It feels like the location is yours.
