Hosts (ovner of the hotel) is incredibly friendly and helpful people. Swimming pool area and garden was lovely and good taken care of. Air conditioning placed and worked perfectly (not too cold during the night). Huge balcony Free parking lot, always available spot to park near the entrance to hotel. Very quiet place for relaxing. We felt more like a locals than tourists :)

Super friendly and helpful receptionist - I did not get her name, but she spoke excellent English too. The room was really, really comfortable, with good air conditioning, very comfortable furnishings (pillows, duvet etc) and had a bonus walkway with a partial view of the main square.

We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to Trapani Airport, and we had a late night flight. We used this for our 1 night stay before exploring more of Sicily. The hotel is large and has a lovely pool. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was a generous buffet. We could happily have stayed for longer. The hotel has a large free car park. A great value hotel.

Marsala is an absolutely charming city and definitely worth visiting! We loved its beautiful historic streets, relaxed atmosphere and authentic Sicilian vibe. It’s a perfect place to slow down, enjoy delicious Italian food, drink great wine and simply experience the beauty of Sicily. The city feels welcoming and has a unique charm, especially in the evenings. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend staying in Marsala for a few days. We would love to come back one day!

We visited Marsala in February, the weather was not ideal. Though we had some sunny moments when we enjoyed a lot the old town and the salinas, most for our own - one advantage of traveling out of season.

The city was pleasant and active.

The city was pleasant and active. The area by the port however was being used as a dumping ground for rubbish and smelled bad, when it would have been a suitable place for a nature reserve. The beaches are some way out of the city.

Marsala is not that big, the city center is small but...

Marsala is not that big, the city center is small but charming, a part from that it is not that safe outside the center. The streets are devoided of people and you feel unsafe, my gf got catcalled from the balcony of a house. Honestly I would just visit a single day and stay elsewhere like Trapani or Mazara del Vallo.

Marsala is a historic port town in western Sicily, known for its good wines. We also bought some very good sweets from Il Forno, run by local people. Wine-tasting event is a must... It was the perfect stop before leaving for Trapani airport

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Marsala.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Marsala. We would very much recommend spending time there during a trip to Sicily. We toured a local family owned winery, took a day trip to Favignana and Levanzo, and very much enjoyed eating in the local fish market.

The room was in a small boutique hotel, in central Marsala, which meant that it was convenient for exploring the town, but it was difficult to find parking. It had been renovated fairly recently, but it felt a bit bland (concrete walls, not much soft furnishing and no chairs or sofa, just a wooden bench). We were only there for one night, so it didn’t matter for us, but if you’re planning a longer visit, you might want to take this into account.

What we loved most was the warm welcome and the fabulous customer service throughout our stay (a special mention to Claudia who is brilliant at her job). The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, it exceeded all our expectations. We felt so very lucky to stay there for 3 nights. Everything here is so well thought through; excellent design in all areas, fresh flowers, beautiful roof terrace and on top of that the very best cocktails!
