Great! It's perfect for pilgrims hiking the Via Francigena. The location is excellent. Communication with the hosts was easy, fast and clear. And we really appreciated that they facilitated an early check-in, as we wanted to avoid the afternoon heat.

Fabulous property. Fabulous host. Rooms, spotless and clean. Francesca very kindly gave us milk for tea when we arrived. Kettle in room. We had just walked a day on Via Fragincena and needed our cup of tea! About 10/15 minute walk into town in evening but Francesca kindly drove us in. Breakfast served on patio. Bacon and eggs which was great after a week of bread bread and more bread! Francesca also helped one of our friends to arrange baggage transfer. Superb. Highly recommend. Thank you Francesca.

Great stay in amongst the olive trees! Beautiful accommodation and the hosts couldn't have done more to make our stay pleasant. Mamma cooked us a delicious evening meal. Enjoyed a refreshing swim in the sparkling pool, after a hot day on the road.
