Fantastic in all regards. Food was incredible.

A cosy hotel with fairly spacious rooms that have everything you need, including a refrigerator on the shared terrace. Very clean. Breakfasts are sufficient to start the day off right. Amazing cappuccino. The restaurant serves high-quality and delicious Italian cuisine. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with any questions.

Everything, on the water with bars and restaurants across the street!

Everything was 10/10. Cannot complain about anything! The views were out of this world! The food was unbelievable! All the staff were so attentive and brilliant, they made continuous effort to brighten your day up. Anna, Colin and Richard were lovely and made the stay even more special. We had an amazing stay. The view was breathtaking and the food was delicious. From the first minute we were warm welcomed and we felt like in home. Everyone was helpfull and very kind. It is also very kid friendly. Our 1.5 year old daughter had a great time. We loved it and we hope to come again in the future.

View was great, Personal was friendly

Fabulous resort for young families. Parco San Marco is a luxury stay for families and the staff go above expectation for your stay. From the moment we arrived we were looked after, the operations manager Roberto being especially welcoming showing magic tricks to the children as we checked in. The resort has kids club and pools with waterslides for the kids and a bonus treat was unlimited ice cream for the children from 12 to 5pm each day! They know that if kids are happy the parents are happy! Spacious rooms with air conditioning and a beautiful view of lake Lugano. Breakfast each morning was included in the stay and it was amazing. I had never seen the variety and quality food on offer for a breakfast buffet in my life! The kids were even looking forward to breakfast each morning. Overall a fantastic stay.
