Peaceful place, out of the city. Very nice staff.

It looks like a brand new room. Everything is clean and nice. They also provide the parking spot, which is important for us.

We liked that the hotel has a reception at night, which was very necessary for us due to a delayed flight and late arrival in Bergamo. The room had air conditioning, for which we are very grateful - it was very hot outside.

Don’t forget to book a table in the high class meat restaurant that also is part of the house, it was more than excellent, as well as the room!

Close proximity to an event we went to, comfy beds, great bathroom, and shower. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. Staff was hospitable to book us a taxi and to allow to leave the baggage after checkout until our event finished.

The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring fresh, high-quality products and excellent coffee straight from the machine. Additionally, the hotel offers a spacious, free parking lot, which is very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Palace Hotel Zingonia. It’s a great option with friendly service and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

I love this hotel and always stay here if I’m visiting the region. The staff are excellent and so is the food. Best menu of any hotel I’ve stayed in.
