The location was good, with this road from Lugano to the hotel: what a pleasure to drive until there. The room was good, in a vintage style, with a large bathroom and a beautiful view on the lake. The balcony is a real plus for this room.

Beautiful location on the Italian side of Lake Lugano, complete on it's own with a small beach, splash pools and water slide, spa, a playground, a fish and turtle pond, childcare and three restaurants. The place was spotless. The service was exceptional! I mean really! Everyone smiles and it felt they are genuinely interested in the people around. They waived off the charges for our second child. :) and sent us bottles of water for the drive back. I've never had that before. We'll definitely go back again.

Everything was great, especially the location. The apartment has everything you need, including shampoo/shower gel, coffee and tea supplies, and even a bottle of wine. Some things for breakfast are provided but I’d recommend to do small grocery shopping and enjoy the opportunity to prepare a very nice breakfast in a good equipped kitchen with the amazing lake view. The host was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay in this apartment again!
