Beautiful historic villa and gardens. Staff are very friendly, attentive, and hospitable. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Highly recommended !

room very clean and comfort, breakfast & parking very good.

The atmosphere was very nice, beside the lack it's beautiful and peaceful. The restaurant was very good also. Nikita at the reception is amazing we spend very good time with him.

Everything was perfect. If we were back that way, would stay longer.

Excellent service and very kind personnel overall. Very nice spa with both sauna and turkish bath, with a nice indoor pool. There was an outside pool as well but it was out of season so could not be used. The breakfast was of high quality. Parking is for free and behind the room so you could enter from the terrace as well.

Everything is great. We're so happy to stay at this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. Especially great for those who want to go to Switzerland. Staff very welcoming.

Polite staff. As soon as we encountered a problem with our room, they responded immediately and fixed it. The breakfast was very nice. There was always hot water, and the room had heating. I would go again.

Staff very helpful and attentive The dinner is exceptional The breakfast was plentiful with a good spread The rooms were clean and comfortable - big and with a good sized bed, bathroom well maintained and well provisioned Great position in the old town and easy walking to restaurants, palaces and gardens

We’ve stayed at the Art Hotel many times and always very much enjoy our stay, the staff are lovely and the rooms are beautiful. We love the restaurant and always look forward to a meal there on our travels.

My stay at this hotel was wonderfully comfortable and relaxing, with a fantastic view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and provided excellent hospitality.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet location on the lake front. Room with a lake view is a must. Waking up looking over the lake and mountains is wonderful. Breakfast is in their fabulous restaurant, again looking over the lake and garden. Breakfast was continental with everything you would require. The restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday evening, but PepeRosa just up the road is great. Staff were amazing. May is a lovely time to go. The hotel was quiet.

Great location, short, easy walk from the train station and into the centre of Varese. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our breakfast.

A stunning art deco style hotel with extraordinary facilities, in a wonderful, high set location looking over Varese. Breakfast was provided, and excellent. We also ate our evening meal at the restaurant, which was a wonderful dining experience. A walk around the grounds was also wonderful.
