Perfect location, right on one of the fishing quays in the old town. Easy access even by car, and the receptionist immediately sorts out your permit and street parking. The room was basic and slightly old-fashioned but absolutely fine - light, clean and airy with loads of hanging and storage space. Everything in the room and bathroom (lights, heating, shower, etc) was in good working order. The breakfast was better than can be expected in a two-star hotel, with yoghurt, cereal, savoury as well as sweet stuff, and coffee made to order.

Everything was fine. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was adequate and the owners were super friendly. The price-performance ratio was reasonable.

The breakfast was really nice, plentiful and had a wide variety. The staff were really friendly and the pool was lovely.

The rooms were good size, with individual air-con ,clean and very comfortable beds+ the location gives a quiet atmosphere for a full relaxation. Breakfast area was spotless , and all the food was fresh. We had a really good and relaxing time there.

This is a beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. The staff go above and beyond during all dealings with them. Everything is spotless and finished to the highest standard. We arranged parking with the hotel and the service was very well organised. The breakfast it fabulous value for money. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Giovanni is very nice, he welcomed us with coffee and introduced us to his dog Maya. He recommended very good restaurants nearby. The location is perfect, beach and chioggia are within walking distance and the view from the terrasse was amazing. we felt very comfortable during our stay
