The place is amazing and well maintained. The breakfast is furnished and varied. Perfect before a day out in the nature. The room is clean and spacious. And most of all, Luca and Augusta were the best hosts ! Such a great stay. Highly recommend. We will definitely go back here.

Apartment is one part of an empty house. There are maybe 2 other apartments. I am not sure. You are left alone so you are free to get in or out at any time. Breakfast is to be served by yourself, there is a good coffee machine, some tea; a fridge is there with milk, yogurts... It is a simple breakfast but just enough for me. There is a parking reserved to guests.

The place is a straight shot from the train station on Via IV Novembre, about 400 meters or so. Check in was easy with the manager meeting us earlier than originally requested (our train got in before 13:30). With kind efficiency and use of Google translate, we were shown our room and operation of features and shared kitchen with breakfast foods, coffee capsules, tea and much more. The room was spacious with a convenient desk. The newly renovated en suite bath had the largest shower I've encountered in Italy so far. 😁 This is one of three rooms sharing a large eat in kitchen situation in an older apartment building. It seems secure as there are 2 doors (door into building and door into the apartments) in addition to the locked door of one's room. Room #3 has access to a balcony that offered a place to sit for your morning coffee. It's next to a parking lot. The most notable feature of this room was the abundance and variety of bath products (shaving cream, intimate wash, flushable wipes) and kitchen condiments (sugar, creamer, bottled water with carbonation, along with salt, pepper and olive oil). The breakfast items and tea selection was good as well.
