Wonderful hotel: great location, excellent staff, amazing breakfast, stunning view. Will be happy to return.

Everything was great, and staff were helpful. Thanks

Check-in was very smooth, no issues at all. really pretty and appreciated projector show by the restaurant. We were really happy to be on ground floor and have a little patio

The highlight of my stay was definitely the friendly staff and the outstanding service.

super friendly staff, comfortable bed, great value for money, the bus stop is right next to the hotel

We had hoped to stay in the Como area but hadn’t realised it was a long holiday weekend so it was difficult to find accommodation. We had a tent with us for emergencies but the campsite which we found was 75€ which seemed crazy. Managed to find the Blu9 on booking.com for £84. The outside of the building was very smart with tall well kept hedges. Inside the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Our room was of a really good size with a very comfortable bad and large ‘well stocked’ bathroom. Breakfast was part of the price and was a mix of fresh breads and pastries yoghurts cereal etc, and the coffee was excellent. As an overnight stop off it was a lot better in terms of value than similar places.

Secure parking. The bedroom and bathroom are both large and very clean. Lots of towels. The rooms is bright and the area very quiet. Breakfast is basic but sufficient for a snack, even comes with freshly baked croissants. There is a great Pizza place in 10 minute walking distance. Great to explore location to explore Lake Como.

Walking distance from train station Nice Hosts Quiet place

I loved the restaurant, the food was exceptional, the personal impeccable. The room very clean and nice. Sad that we didn’t use the pool, hope we come back in summer. Thank you for this experience! 🩷🙏🏻

Attractive location and view of lake at the breakfast

I like staying in this hotel because I feel cared

The hotel is exactly where you want to be!! The rooms and common areas are very clean. Bed and pillows super comfortable and fluffy. Breakfast was the best we had in Como. And for us the best part was Debora that made our stay magical by helping us in every issue we had, not having a no for an answer. Very professional, very polite and a reason to go back for sure!

An excellent stay on Lake Como! The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained, but what truly makes it stand out is the staff, who are extraordinarily friendly, warm, and attentive. The location is ideal, making it a wonderful base for enjoying the beauty and charm of Lake Como. The combination of impeccable cleanliness, a welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality made my stay a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, clean, staff is very nice. Good breakfast. We keep returning 😀

Front lake view, central square location inside all points of interest and old town walking, super comfortable room with king size bed, excellent bath set and in-room equipment, quick check-out.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff are all lovely, especially the owner Francesco. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool area is my favorite spot. Though the hotel is by the road, you can’t hear any traffic. It’s a great base for visiting Milan and Como. Arosio is a charming town with a supermarket, petrol station, nice restaurants, and even a cinema nearby. The hotel also has a restaurant. Highly recommended!

Very nice price, it's not easy to find such an economic individual room with a fine bed and private shower. All good and flexible, and actually a lovely place for a simple stay.

Convenience. Easy parking, very friendly staff, easy check in an check out. Very easy going place but very well organized. Restaurant was closed. Price is great. Dogs are welcome.

The hotel is very nice, clean and comfy! The staff very friendly! Delicious breakfast! Very recommended

Helpful staff, great localization, great cleaning service, comfy beds, working wifi
