Everyone was so nice and kind specially Samia!!

We had hoped to stay in the Como area but hadn’t realised it was a long holiday weekend so it was difficult to find accommodation. We had a tent with us for emergencies but the campsite which we found was 75€ which seemed crazy. Managed to find the Blu9 on booking.com for £84. The outside of the building was very smart with tall well kept hedges. Inside the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Our room was of a really good size with a very comfortable bad and large ‘well stocked’ bathroom. Breakfast was part of the price and was a mix of fresh breads and pastries yoghurts cereal etc, and the coffee was excellent. As an overnight stop off it was a lot better in terms of value than similar places.

Want to highlight the warm atmosphere and service minded staff, especially Jeniffer. All hotels should have a Jeniffer, a true star.

Check-in was very smooth, no issues at all. really pretty and appreciated projector show by the restaurant. We were really happy to be on ground floor and have a little patio

The staff was incredibly kind

Walking distance from train station Nice Hosts Quiet place

Wonderful hotel: great location, excellent staff, amazing breakfast, stunning view. Will be happy to return.

Perfect location for an overnighter on a long journey - just off the motorway.

Clean and spacious, safe parking place, all amenities expected from a B&B, close to city center, breakfast in the osteria, nice guest family. Really nothing to comment.

I loved the restaurant, the food was exceptional, the personal impeccable. The room very clean and nice. Sad that we didn’t use the pool, hope we come back in summer. Thank you for this experience! 🩷🙏🏻

I really appreciated the warm welcome and the professionalism of the staff. The establishment was clean, quiet, and very well organized. The stay was pleasant and comfortable from beginning to end.

Convenient for a stop-over. Breakfast was good.

Secure parking. The bedroom and bathroom are both large and very clean. Lots of towels. The rooms is bright and the area very quiet. Breakfast is basic but sufficient for a snack, even comes with freshly baked croissants. There is a great Pizza place in 10 minute walking distance. Great to explore location to explore Lake Como.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff are all lovely, especially the owner Francesco. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool area is my favorite spot. Though the hotel is by the road, you can’t hear any traffic. It’s a great base for visiting Milan and Como. Arosio is a charming town with a supermarket, petrol station, nice restaurants, and even a cinema nearby. The hotel also has a restaurant. Highly recommended!

Lot of parking outside, very close to restaurant and bar.

Location is good and the rooms are clean and enough big. Receptionist are so kind especially Massimiliano is the best. He helped us find correct parking places for our Milano trip.
