Great place to stay. Big rooms with great design. The staf was very friendly. The location is also great with a great restaurant right next to it with a great view.

The room was nice and clean, the staff was nice and helpful.

Lovliest staff . We loved our stay , warm and cosy you can have a drink anytime. Our room was large enough ...the wall was heated , we were here in December. Siena was 15 minute drive and a fantastic day out. Great restaurants nearby and next door . 10/10 . Great value for $$

Location was perfect, and there was balcony with a nice view

beautiful, quiet, and safe area, close to the city center. The staff were very kind and friendly, and they really cared about us. The room was clean, and the place was beautiful and very romantic, especially at sunset.

A wonderful and quite Place near the City!

Friendly helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable. Great location.

The most client-oriented hotel, I've ever been. All staff is very friendly and tries to help you as much as they can. The hotel is close to the city center, but you need to walk 5-10 mins to reach it. The parking is small and fits the small cars. There's street parking uphill, which is good overnight option.

We loved everything! We stayed for 2 nights and adored the hotel. The old buildings are beautiful, the grounds stunning, food and drinks delicious and the staff were exceptional. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

Everything - just the price could be a little better.

Room and bathroom was clean and nice, breakfast was great.

Best hotel in Chianti Region! Romantic, beautiful landscape, amazing rooms! Great indoor pool!

Our stay at The Club House was truly exceptional. Set within a magnificent estate, it offers a rare sense of luxury, exclusivity, and tranquility, with countless activities to enjoy. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and the service was consistently outstanding throughout our stay. A special thank you to the restaurant team, whose warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail made every meal a memorable experience.

Walking distance to Siena. 2 lovely pools. Nautical themed rooms and interiors - very smart. Great wait staff.

Dream location with fantastic staff and host. Wonderful pool in a dream setting. The view from the pool and the breakfast terrace are just a dream. We really enjoyed this one.

Location, Well furnished, good breakfast

A warm and genuine welcome. We got upgraded to beautifully decorated suite with marvellous views.Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast and coffee.Special thanks to chef Pancrazio and sommelier Andrea who made all the best to remember outstanding dinners.

We loved this hotel. As it is based in an ancient tower, this is truly a unique hotel. We stayed in the top room, and had to climb 45 steps up to the room. They say they do not serve breakfast but still you can go down to the cellar and have coffee, djuise and bread - and cookies and cake. The people were extremely nice and helpful. The rooms have everything you want or need. And everything was extremely clean. The location is perfect - a short walk from the main square, in a quiet street. We found this to be an unforgettable stay - thank you so much.

The uniqueness, the staff, the location.. absolute perfection. The staff were so helpful, I can’t recommend enough and the location is perfect. The pictures were the view out of our window

Nice hotel, a real hidden gem, very relaxing view, we had a good night sleep in a comfy bed. Very kind and helpful staff. Easy peasy getting to the city using the escalator. We will definitely return :)

This place was right in the heart of Florence Very clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful

Really clean. There is a shared bathroom, but they really take cleanliness seriously here. Spotless.
