Hosts are so nice people. They do their best. Smiley and helpful. Food in restaurant was excellent. I think it is the best restaurant in Tuscany. Swimming pool has wonderful view. Our room had fantastic terrace with view on every evening romantic sunset. Atmosphere is extraordinary. There are so much Italian climate in all hotel area. Truly Tuscany place in the middle of nowhere where you can feel calm and relaxed. Thank you for organizing such a great time for us.

We loved everything about this place! We had such a friendly and warm welcome, and the apartment was lovely. It had everything we could need/want and more. It was warm, comfortable, spacious, clean and there were so many thoughtful additions like treats for breakfast. We loved the embroidered curtain panels, and the hand painted artwork at the front door too. The location is great, close to Volterra which is a great town to visit. Thank you so much for our stay - we highly recommend this lovely spot and kind, thoughtful hosts! Our car smells of lavender now!

The vacation at the agriturismo was the dream and I realized how unique this place is the more people I told about it who immediately got jealous of my vacation :) The location is so peaceful and you can stroll around a huge area with olive, apple, peach and much more trees which lets you calm down deeply. On top of that, you can have the chance to join some activities with Viviana and dive fully into the farm life. We had an excellent and authentic dinner with her, where she cooked the best ragout we have ever tried. Retrospectively, we should have done that always as it is better than going to restaurants and probably also cheaper! So try it out :) Last but not least, the breakfast is a bomb. Not only for your belly, but also for your heart. Viviana prepared something different everyday and even asked us if we prefered something salty or sweet in the beginning of our stay. Finally, the cappuccino still accompanies me in my sweetest dreams... We are just super greatful of this experience, and I am sure both of us will remember this experience still in 20 years or so, as it was full of love and happiness. If you look for something authentic coupled with a lovely host, then this is your place to go.

We came in around 9pm, which was not a problem. Nicole greeted us with a smile. Lovely little room with a view of the fields. Breakfast was really nice. Since we were in off season, they were renovating the kitchen, but we managed to eat here on our last night and it was the best food we've had in Tuscany. All from their own farm and homecooked. Francesca specialises in cooking game so we had a hare pasta which was fabulous. I wish I could live here just for the cooking! They had so many good tips on where to go in the area. We ended up going to Casanova della Spinetta for a wine tour, and it was the best we had in the area. All in all, very comfortable stay. They have some cute animals too!

All of Peccioli's attractions are within walking distance of the apartment, which is ideal as there is so much to see! It was very comfortable and was usually a pleasant temperature without needing to switch on the air conditioning. Plenty of towels and a change of bed linen were provided which was appreciated. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to any requests for information or help. The residents in the neighbouring apartments were friendly and after just a few days we started to feel quite at home!

The breakfast was very good, fresh fruit daily, yogurts, delicious coffee, various pastries/cakes, healthy options - Alberto would oblige with anything he could assist with on the food front or anything else he could offer to help us. B & B Baba is a lovely house, exceptionally clean and comfortable.
