Stayed here while doing the Via Francigena. It was such a great rest after a long walk, the staff kindly upgraded my room to have a private bathroom which I especially appreciated given how tired I was. Amazing people and the restaurant has a discount for the guests staying at the hotel - really good food as well! :)

The Hotel were so accommodating with our room change and extension of stay, being there 5 days we tried other local restaurants but the food here was excellent but we wanted to vary our menu a little.

The hotel has an exceptionally beautiful location with a fantastic view of San Gimignano. The apartment in the pavilion was an upgrade and exceeded our expectations with its amenities and offered every comfort. The breakfast was not only delicious but also plentiful and left nothing to be desired. The entire staff from reception, restaurant up to the general manager were always supportive and extremely friendly. Also a nice surprise the hotel noticed my wife birthday und surprised her with a large bouquet of flowers and a bottle of sparkling wine. Overall a great experience, I can highly recommend this hotel. For sure we will come again.

Absolutely incredible staff, and the food was amazing ( we aren’t vegan) but we truly enjoyed every meal. 5 star service, they even made us a take away breakfast as we were leaving at 4am.

We had a wonderful stay at Relais Villa La Cappella. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning Tuscan countryside. We were warmely welcomed and received attention throughout our stay. The breakfast was great and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for :relaxed, authentic, and full of charm. The pool area is lovely and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Tuscany. We would happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil Tuscan getaway.

Perfect location in the center of San Gimignano. It’s a beautiful historic property with modern amenities. Our room and bathroom were large and comfortable. We had a lovely view of the hills in the distance (room 40); photo attached. We asked for a quiet room, so we were on the back corner of the hotel which was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast for 12 euros per person was well worth the cost. There were plenty of choices and the food was very good. If we return to San Gimignano we will definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing time in San Gimignano and the hotel is also part of that. Hotel La Cisterna is excellent, location is perfect, the room was very clean, bed super confortable and the view of the window of my room was spectacular. Breakfast was also great and the people there very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

San Gimignano is a wonderful place and Hotel Da Graziano has completed the experience! My regret is haven’t stayed here more days! The Hotel is perfect! The people on the front desk were so kind and lovely. The breakfast was so good. The room makes you feel like a small village in Tuscany because they are on the other side of the street. A place so quiet and silent. The view is spectacular, and you can go walk to the old city. Our car had a good place to stay too. But, the highest point of these is the Ristorante da Graziano, in the Hotel: the food is amazing, the service is attentive and the garden where is the restaurant reminds you of a film scenario! Don't forget to try it, you will have a fantastic gastronomic experience associated with fantastic accommodation!

Location is great, especially for people who like to stretch their legs (25-30min nice and easy walk up to San Gimignano, walking trail). One must have a car to go anywhere else though (Siena, Volterra, Chianti region in ca.30-40min). Parking available. Breakfast was wonderful and tasty, plenty to choose from. Hotel is super clean and all staff is nice. Nice outdoor pools.
