Just a perfect stay! Very friendly staff, always helpful. The location is just great, in the middle of the Tuscan hills and not so far from the beautiful San Gimignano (10mins by car). Rooms are very clean and spacious with a nice balcony. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the good food in the restaurant during the evening. Just a perfect location if you want to stress out a bit.

Everything was perfect, from the welcome at the reception, the view from the room, excellent breakfast with a perfect view of nature, parking, swimming pool.

The property is really wonderful: it’s sorrounded by nature and very peaceful. At the same time, San Gimignano is very close (20-minute walk or 10-minute car ride).

Everything was wonderful and the location very central. Very good breakfast. The room had everything a guest could need including bedroom slippers. Charming and cosy. Specially loved the ambience of the one ochre wall which complemented the other very light beige walls. The slightly sloping ceiling added to the charm. Bathroom was also equipped with all one needs. Can recommend highly. Friendly staff

The breakfast was great, offered both sweet and savoury (uncommon for Italy) options. The staff were wonderful, so kind and helpful and truly amazing. Special thanks to Claudia who was so helpful both before and during the stay. Pool area and garden were lovely, so lush and green and we spent many hours relaxing there.

Everything , it was just perfect

The hospitality of the hosts makes is a home away from home! The view and atmosphere of the house is superb. I loved that you are in a beautiful area of Toscany but without the volume of tourists.

Perfect location in the center of San Gimignano. It’s a beautiful historic property with modern amenities. Our room and bathroom were large and comfortable. We had a lovely view of the hills in the distance (room 40); photo attached. We asked for a quiet room, so we were on the back corner of the hotel which was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast for 12 euros per person was well worth the cost. There were plenty of choices and the food was very good. If we return to San Gimignano we will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was very good. The view from the breakfast room is the best in San Gimignano .

We liked everything! Very close to the center, great view from the room, clean and quiet. The breakfast is very various u can find eggs and sweets to, not only sweets like in other hotels.

Staff had reserved a car parking space for us when we arrived, exceeded our expectations. Decided to try the restaurant in the evening as was lovely food and a fantastic view and atmosphere. Lovely breakfast too.
