Wonderful hotel! I was disappointed with Milan, there are a lot of visiting emigrants there. But this hotel in the mountains of Lake Como restored my faith in Italy! Great breakfast in the morning, charming restaurant right in the hotel with very tasty food. The room is clean and in good repair. The staff is the best. The hotel is located in the mountains, I recommend it

Fabulous resort for young families. Parco San Marco is a luxury stay for families and the staff go above expectation for your stay. From the moment we arrived we were looked after, the operations manager Roberto being especially welcoming showing magic tricks to the children as we checked in. The resort has kids club and pools with waterslides for the kids and a bonus treat was unlimited ice cream for the children from 12 to 5pm each day! They know that if kids are happy the parents are happy! Spacious rooms with air conditioning and a beautiful view of lake Lugano. Breakfast each morning was included in the stay and it was amazing. I had never seen the variety and quality food on offer for a breakfast buffet in my life! The kids were even looking forward to breakfast each morning. Overall a fantastic stay.

Sorry my English isn’t good enough to express everything I feel. The hotel is clean, food fresh and the environment very peaceful. We had a lovely time.

Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a lovely view of Lake Lugano. We enjoyed a relaxing spa treatment and a paddle on the lake, both of which were highlights of our trip. The food at the resort’s restaurants was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a perfect spot for a romantic escape, and we’re looking forward to returning in the future!
