The staff was very kind and helpful. They even gave suggestions for places to eat. The room had a welcome note and the breakfast was nice. It was a family trip so my kids enjoyed the play room...more for older kids/teens. Our room was very clean and a nice size for our overnight stay.

The staff were amazing specialty Fernanda y Lorenzo. They explained absolutely everything from where to have a good affordable lunch to which metro ticket to buy. The place was super comfortable, a little cold for our taste, but very nice. We were able to do our check in a little earlier and also leave very early. Overall a super nice place.

i love the common areas, especially the coconut library! Lots of natural light, a good collection of books. it just has that unassuming, quirky vibe that i immediately fell in love with at first sight! the bed is comfy and staffs are super kind and perky!

Appreciate staff- all the guys, working there, are kind and helpful. Location is pretty good. There are places where you can work, chill, kitchen is very spacious. The only one thing- tax for bed sheets should be included in total price, and not for the night, but in common.
