The property was great all around! it was very spacious and clean. The staff was speedy with responses when needed. I was traveling with my family and another, 4 adults and two toddlers. They provided us with two high chairs and the space was cozy for all of us. It was great location, away from the busy city center, but close enough to walk and enjoy!

This place is very quiet to stay in. The washing machine worked well and the heated towel rack made drying efficient. There was a good assortment of supplies in the kitchen as well. Location was terrific.

We loved everything and Paolo was the most gracious and helpful hosts that we have ever had in our years of travelling. Specific instructions were provided to get to the apartment, through the limited traffic zone (for which Paolo later declared our car for). Paolo was waiting for us outside the apartment, so we would not miss it, and then helped us with our bags and brought us into the very clean, neat, and extraordinarily well-stocked/equipped apartment. After dropping our bags off, Paolo then guided us to the private garage where we were able to leave our car (safely) for the period of our stay (evidently, the garage is an additional cost, but very affordable [and recommended for that area]). The apartment itself, as said above, was very clean and had air-conditioning units in both bedrooms and the living room/kitchen area. The kitchen had everything we needed and the fridge and pantry were fully stocked with bread, milk, butter, cheese, cereal, müsli, yogurts, jams/spreads, coffee (and assorted capsules and machines [espresso, etc.]) and basically everything we needed for our stay - we never had to buy anything. As to the location, it is a quick walk to Piazza San Stefano and Maggiore and the street/alley where the apartment is located is very quiet. An absolutely perfect stay.

The management team was very responsive, called and waited with me a taxi to the airport. The apartment was spotless clean. It was in a quiet residential area about 20 min walk to city center or the main train station. A good supermarket ( Conad) just around the corner for all your essentials.
