Wonderful hotel! I was disappointed with Milan, there are a lot of visiting emigrants there. But this hotel in the mountains of Lake Como restored my faith in Italy! Great breakfast in the morning, charming restaurant right in the hotel with very tasty food. The room is clean and in good repair. The staff is the best. The hotel is located in the mountains, I recommend it

Everything was great. The staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The food was great, and plentiful. The location is amazing with great dog walks in the forest to lookouts over the lake below.

Comfortable and clean room, exceptional breakfast. Clean and spacious pool. The hosts are constantly making sure you have a good day. Good price/quality ratio.

Friendly, professional staff. Sumptuous breakfast. Relaxing by the pool with a pre-dinner drink. We had a dbl with balcony and partial lake view and the room was much better than in the photos: very spacious, and the terrace was huge! We appreciated having dinner at the hotel after a long day visiting Bellagio. Travelling by car, the carpark was a plus.

Amazing location, stunning view from the balcony. The staff were super helpful and nice. Everything is amazing.

Fabulous resort for young families. Parco San Marco is a luxury stay for families and the staff go above expectation for your stay. From the moment we arrived we were looked after, the operations manager Roberto being especially welcoming showing magic tricks to the children as we checked in. The resort has kids club and pools with waterslides for the kids and a bonus treat was unlimited ice cream for the children from 12 to 5pm each day! They know that if kids are happy the parents are happy! Spacious rooms with air conditioning and a beautiful view of lake Lugano. Breakfast each morning was included in the stay and it was amazing. I had never seen the variety and quality food on offer for a breakfast buffet in my life! The kids were even looking forward to breakfast each morning. Overall a fantastic stay.

attention to detail the food, the coffee comfortable bed, bathroom great vibes

We had a great stay at hotel Royal. The service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade and complimentary champagne.

Location, the pool, the restaurant at the hotel

Perfect hotel - staff: very helpful, and professional and great communication - location: perfect location and very beautiful view Very clean and comfortable Amazing hotel very recommended

Amazing location, great rooms, initially we stayed only for one day, but later we extended our stay for another 3 days. The rooms are clean, with a great view of the lake, quiet location, the staff was 10/10, helped us fix everything when there were problems, friendly, helpful, if we return to Lake Como we will definitely stay here again, we sincerely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Really nice hotel in a beautiful place with a great view. Being in place with no ferries exactly to this spot keeps this town remote from most of tourists crowds, hidden pearl. Recommending big time!

Very nice hotel, were there at the end of August 2024, main reason why we choose it was pool with great view on lake, but when we arrived to hotel, we were supprised with location, beautiful garden and place itself. We felt like we were in our own Villa and not in a hotel, it was very cool to rest near pool. The hotel has its own underground parking, thanks to which the car did not heat up in the sun and the hotel area looked neater. Wonderful friendly staff, a beautiful room with its own entrance to the garden, where you could put up sunbeds and relax while admiring the beauty of the lake. In the morning there was a wonderful breakfast on the terrace of the main restaurant. Unfortunately, we were only in this hotel for one night, but we will remember it for the rest of our lives.

Aria Retreat & Spa – A Tranquil Lakeside Sanctuary Our recent stay at Aria Retreat & Spa was nothing short of extraordinary. Located in a serene spot overlooking the lake, the property offers a breathtaking panorama of crystal-blue waters and surrounding mountains—the kind of view that instantly washes away any lingering stress. The suites themselves are spacious, beautifully designed, and oriented to make the most of that stunning lakeside scenery. A standout feature was the breakfast service, available until 11:00 AM. The staff would bring a fresh, delicious meal straight to our suite, then discreetly return later to clear away the table—allowing us to savor our morning in total comfort. This level of personalized service truly underscored how dedicated the team is to making every guest feel pampered. The spa facilities were equally impressive. Between the calming atmosphere, modern amenities, and a variety of rejuvenating treatments, it was easy to spend hours unwinding and recharging. Whether you’re taking a quick dip in the pool or enjoying a moment in the sauna, you’re never far from those spectacular lake views. Overall, Aria Retreat & Spa is an idyllic escape for anyone looking to relax far from the bright lights and bustle of city life. If you value tranquility, impeccable service, and the luxury of waking up each day to postcard-worthy scenery, this retreat will not disappoint. We can’t wait to return!

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Parco San Marco. The resort is beautifully located between the lake and the mountains, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a lovely view of Lake Lugano. We enjoyed a relaxing spa treatment and a paddle on the lake, both of which were highlights of our trip. The food at the resort’s restaurants was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a perfect spot for a romantic escape, and we’re looking forward to returning in the future!

We would like to say a big thank you for a wonderful stay at Hotel Merloni. We stayed here with our 4 year old for 3 nights. The room was quite basic but everything worked and it was super clean and the staff went above and beyond to help with any questions and made us feel welcome.

What a breathtaking place right on the lake with views that leave you wanting to stay forever. Friendly and helpful staff and a real great Gatsby feel to the place

It was perfect, great location, great amenities and the staff were amazing. The food was lovely.

Location was amazing. Short walk from the ferry.

Very pleasant lady, she helped with everything I needed. I will come back here for sure next time and Menaggio is my favourite of 3 villages around! Value for money! Grazie mille!

Perfect location in the centre of town - calm and safe.
