Every detail was great, the staff were super helpfull and the breakfast were fantastic. We couldn't have breakfast at indicated hours, but the staff served us in advance - always fresh and very tasty. The apartment is spacious, very clean with all the needed facilities. We would highly recommend to choose Palazzo Glicine whether You are travelling for work or vacation. We travel a lot, but this accomodation exceeded our expectations! Thank You for Palazzo staff <3

I opted for this hotel as I felt the price was very good for 2 nights. From start to finish I could not have asked for anymore. Roberto was very quick to respond to me and very friendly as I was arriving after 11pm so I needed to check myself in. This set up was very impressive for me and Roberto made me feel at ease as I knew exactly what I must do to check myself when I first arrived. The room was very modern and clean with a huge TV on the wall with all channels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was very nice too. Breakfast was very tasty with a very good choice and all for just €7!!! I was very impressed that all the staff in the hotel spoke perfect english as I only speak english myself so that really was a bonus that I was not expecting. The small shop in front of reception was very handy and it was fitted with all the essentials along with snacks and drinks which also was just a great thing to have as a guest in the hotel. Roberto was very friendly and even called a taxi for me and answered all questions that I had as I was not familiar with the area. Denata at reception was also very friendly, accomodating and helpful. All staff I dealt with were really of a very high standard and just lovely. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Faenza and I will be back!

We had an amazing stay here. The place is incredibly quiet and beautiful. The house itself is very comfortable, cozy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The host was always available, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly and would happily come back again.
