One of the best hotels we stayed in Italy. Located outside Viterbo in beautiful area. The structure is dated, but in good condition. There is a nice pool and very good restorant. The room was spacious and we had a big terace.

It's right on the Via Francigena that we walked. It was very clean and nice inside. The heating worked well, wi-fi was also good. Communication with the owners was fluent. There is a bar/cafe right by the apartment, that is open from early morning. Good place for breakfast.

Everything - location was excellent for hiking the Via Francigena. Angelo, our host was amazing booking us into a local restaurant and collecting us from a nearby cafe when we couldn’t get reception on our phone to confirm our check in. Lovely apartment with everything you need and supermarket a few minutes walk. One of the best places we stayed at in the six and a half weeks of our trip.

Ideal stop if walking the Via Francigena and you want to split a very long tough stage in too. Location is excellent, on the Via route, and in centre of town. Very comfortable room, bed and shower, good breakfast, and very friendly staff. The pizzeria owned by the host, which is below the room, serves top class food. All round, this is a great place to stay.
