One of the best hotels we stayed in Italy. Located outside Viterbo in beautiful area. The structure is dated, but in good condition. There is a nice pool and very good restorant. The room was spacious and we had a big terace.

Hotel is spotless and clean. Convenient position especially for the via Francigena. Shops and restaurants at a very short walk. The host was very kind and even allowed us to start breakfast a bit earlier to leave for our hike.

It's right on the Via Francigena that we walked. It was very clean and nice inside. The heating worked well, wi-fi was also good. Communication with the owners was fluent. There is a bar/cafe right by the apartment, that is open from early morning. Good place for breakfast.

Ideal stop if walking the Via Francigena and you want to split a very long tough stage in too. Location is excellent, on the Via route, and in centre of town. Very comfortable room, bed and shower, good breakfast, and very friendly staff. The pizzeria owned by the host, which is below the room, serves top class food. All round, this is a great place to stay.

A really nice location, with a good mix of modern design into a traditional building and landscape. The lovely staff makes you feel at home, everyone is friendly and relaxed and made us feel at ease. We stayed at the restaurant for the dinners and the food was really good. They also have a nice availability of good wines
