Beautiful building, very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

It has been well over a month since my visit to Hotel San Giovanni in Erice, yet I am writing this review because I have such wonderful memories of the experience. I enjoyed an unforgettable three-night stay, relaxing in a room with a magnificent view and exploring the Old Town’s charming alleys and night scenery. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the view from the outdoor terrace while dining was simply superb. Above all, the staff were incredibly kind and professional in their attentiveness to guests. Salvatore, who was so kind and considerate, provided me with a kettle of hot water and green tea bags. I am also deeply grateful to Christopher; on the day I checked out, he drove me all the way back to my accommodation in Trapani—a gesture I truly appreciated, especially since I was carrying heavy luggage. Although they might have seemed a bit reserved at first, they turned out to be incredibly kind, warm-hearted people. I extend my deepest thanks to both Christopher and Salvatore. I highly recommend this hotel. (This review is quite late, but thank you so much, Christopher and Salvatore! ^^)

Magic place with atmosphere…

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room we received was a corner room with a breathtaking view directly of the sea, as well as a beautiful view of the mountain where the town of Erice is located. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was served buffet-style. One of the highlights was the ability to make fresh orange juice using the available juicer. The room was air-conditioned, which added to our comfort. Additionally, there was a large public parking lot near the hotel, and we always found a spot to park. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Exceptional breakfast, stunning rooms with luxurious utensils, great service, amazing location and overall feeling. Just 100%. Staff was very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great and spacious apartment and room

Hotel was lovely and staff were great. Really nice breakfast aswell.

Lovely location, on the ocean with wonderful views. Resort was very well run with friendly helpful staff. A great breakfast and days by the pool made it a good choice for our two day stop over.

Everything was perfect, the service, atmosphere (very friendly). Rooms extremely clean, breakfast enough in italian style. Safe, private parking in back of hotel. We asked for a wine after arriving and got a bottle of really good one with some snacks and fresh fried almonds which was realy nice.

perfect location with beautiful views not very far from the centre of trapani, a nice varied breakfast and quality of food was very good. Staff are welcoming and very friendly.

The location close to island trip boats 10min walk ,while car is parked on hotel premises for free & restaurants

Big spaces, quiet, clean, confortable, very nice staff!

Stunning place with tremendous views, delicious local wines which you can try during various tastings, with passionate explanations by their sommelier. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the staff is extremely warm and welcoming. We had an absolutely fantastic time and felt fully relaxed when leaving - we will be back!
