We loved all and everything about the house. It is just so perfect for a family stay. Newly renovated, spacious, cozy and you'll have everything you need from the kitchen to cook your meals to even toys for the kids!! Stefania and Lorenzo are great hosts and have done such an amazing job with the house renovation.

Very beautifully apartment, excellent setup, really comfortable beds (also the sofa bed). Very clean, all above expectations. Down/outside is a bistro which serves a simple but well made breakfast and drinks in a very pleasant setting with many nice people visiting for an espresso and a chat. Unfortunately we only stead for a night but we could have stayed for a week. We arrived very late in the evening but the owner supported us with everything in order to get still a good night sleep before we had to move on the next morning.

Super nice experience at Hotel Bellavista😍😍😍The balcony scenery of the mountains and the lake is breath-taking. And you don't even need to leave your bed to enjoy it. Located in a lovely little town overlooking Lake Como, in a charming alleyway. Overall, we had a really great time here! Let me highlight some of the positives: • We received a very warm welcome and were given a tour of the facilities and our room. They also arranged parking for us—which can be quite tricky around Lake Como. Thank you for that! • The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a great experience with them overall! • The building is perfectly located, offering a beautiful view of the lake. • The room was stylishly designed and well-equipped. It had a lovely view and a small balcony overlooking the lake. It was such a pleasure to sit there with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise and sunset. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-appointed. One unique feature: a walk-in shower with a lake view through a glass wall—great idea! • There’s a beautiful terrace by the lake and a well-designed little restaurant on the ground floor. The whole hotel smells wonderful! • The bistrot serves excellent food and drinks—both dinner and breakfast were truly delicious!

Seldom have I so enjoyed a hotel this much. First - quiet setting overlooking the river to Brivio with stunning views from every floor. Second - restful gardens to relax in. Third - excellent restaurant at waters edge with beautifully presented tasty food and a good menu. Fourth - spacious room, spacious bathroom and excellent toiletries. Honestly, it was a haven after a very busy 2month holiday.
