We loved all and everything about the house. It is just so perfect for a family stay. Newly renovated, spacious, cozy and you'll have everything you need from the kitchen to cook your meals to even toys for the kids!! Stefania and Lorenzo are great hosts and have done such an amazing job with the house renovation.

Very beautifully apartment, excellent setup, really comfortable beds (also the sofa bed). Very clean, all above expectations. Down/outside is a bistro which serves a simple but well made breakfast and drinks in a very pleasant setting with many nice people visiting for an espresso and a chat. Unfortunately we only stead for a night but we could have stayed for a week. We arrived very late in the evening but the owner supported us with everything in order to get still a good night sleep before we had to move on the next morning.

The location of the hotel is in an amazing spot. Easy to navigate and get around from there. The view of the lake is wonderful. The owners were the kindest people ever, always helping us when we had questions and were easy to communicate with. Honestly could have not gotten around the city without their help.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful hotel. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the spa area — clean, elegant, and truly relaxing. The surroundings are stunning and the atmosphere is peaceful, perfect for a real escape. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our entire stay. We truly felt taken care of and left completely recharged. We will definitely return — and we already miss it! Stunning views from our room. The room was spacious and spotless Tea and coffee making facilities were a welcome addition and a bottle of water. There was a fully stocked mini bar too. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There was a restaurant downstairs and the food looked good but we didn’t get to eat there. It was a very relaxed vibe there. Loved this place and would definitely recommend it

The hotel room was spacious and very clean. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. We needed to go to Lake Como and they helped us to find the bus stop. When we needed a taxi, the receptiomist made all arrangements for us. We really enjoyed our stay. The view of the lake and mountains from the room was just amazing!
