Comfortable, quiet, spacious, great location, good parking and very easy access from the motorway

They excel at attention to details and have the most beautiful embroidery on the sheets I ever seen in a hotel! Location is great near the town center, Marco is a great host and his recommendations were top-notch!

Quiet, simple, beautiful location. Bring groceries. WiFi iffy but sometimes okay. Great place to unplug, explore an old hilltop town, hiking nearby - all the way to cinque terra (3hrs) - also a van will take you and drop you off early morning and pick you up evening time for fee. La Spezia about 20mins away - can park car at train station there and train in to cinque terra - or take ferry from there. Slow down - relax - enjoy! Stayed in 3 bedroom annex ground floor short walk from parking - spacious, everything needed to cook, place was clean. Hotel has other options.

Location was beautiful and serene and the transfer bus convenient . Breakfast was great and stuff super friendly

The staff were so helpful and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was absolutely incredible. A great find in this hotel.

A tranquil oasis high up in a hilltop village with spectacular views. Very romantic.

We liked everything. The staff was helpful, we did our laundry there. The room and the views from the windows and from the hotel were even better than in the photos. A real Italian vibe, for a family run hotel. We were travelling with a baby, so we got a cot in the room, a kettle, a high chair in the breakfast area. The hotel has a lift to the reception. The good thing was that we didn't need a car, the shuttle service took us to the train station or the city centre once a day and back, so we visited Levanto and the other two villages of Cinque Terre. The view of the national park was breathtaking and the infinity pool was the best thing on hot days. We had air conditioning, so it was possible to stay inside during the heat wave.

The owners Paula and Valentina are perfect hosts. They are very welcoming and attentive. They really want guests to be happy. Breakfast was served outside. Every morning you got new variations of smoothies, egg dishes and homemade muffins. What a nice treat! They were also very helpful making suggestions on trips/restaurants. If you want to visit the Cinque Terre, that‘s the place to stay!

Location is great, staff are lovely!

I am extremely satisfied with our stay in the hotel. It's a total gem. Away from the crowds, it provides a super relaxing and quiet environment, while also being 2 minutes away from the central streets of Monterosso and around 10 minutes from the central beach area. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. They offer free beach towels and a place to store your luggage after you check out. For breakfast, there was a wide variety of choices, and everything was delicious. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location in the old part of city center, very helpful staff, clean and family-friendly hotel. Our room (suite) was on the 3rd floor and surprised us with an extra-large terrace, a magnificent city view, and the morning birdsong. Breakfast with a good selection and the option to enjoy it on the hotel's outdoor terrace right by the main street. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very cozy and homely.

Excellent location and discounted Cinque Terre passes Excellent host and amazing breakfast on terrace
