After the scorching August heat in Sicily, we were looking for a small retreat surrounded by nature — and we found a true gem. The masseria is nestled among olive groves, cypress trees, and lush forests. The owner, a genuinely kind and passionate young man, runs the place with great care — and he's also the chef of the on-site restaurant. That alone was a revelation. Traditional Sicilian cuisine is reimagined here with a fresh, elevated touch. The flavors, presentation, and attention to detail are nothing short of Michelin-level. The beautifully restored masseria is full of charming details and immersed in nature. Birdsongs during the day, starlit skies at night — it’s a place where time slows down, and every moment feels special.

Wonderful stay. Lovely hosts who clearly have extraordinary attention to detail as everything from the room to the restaurant to the whole resort is perfect. Daniel is an amazing chef and the evening meal was the best that we have had in Sicily. Highly recommended!

Extremely friendly staff, peaceful environment, that looks somewhat antique and gives an extra feel of magnitude. Restaurant was great and serves real local specialties with a sprinkle of magic in both environment, service and atmosphere. Overall it’s an amazing stay. Recommend this a lot

We spent one night at Ficodondia, and found the town of Sortino because of this B&B... Wanted to stay and experience real Sicily outside the large tourist area of Siracusa. Chiara the host/owner has put a lot of heart, work and great taste turning the place into a little hospitable gem inside a small Sicilian town. She promptly provided practical suggestions for parking within short walking distance from the house. The house is very neat, common kitchen well stocked with goodies, good food available for guests anytime. Including fresh tiramisu and red wine cake! We liked the place and the host very much, and do recommend others to choose it.

Salvo and Giuliana made sure to make our stay a memorable one. The pool area and surrounding olive trees are just beautiful and breakfast and dinner were as good as you would expect from a top Sicilian agriturismo. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
