It was perfectly located for us and the wedding we were attending. The beach was also just across the road. The one thing that tops all that is all the amazing staff we met during our stay who went out of their way to make us feel at home.

Clean and very comfortable place. Quite tasty breakfast and enough to choise. Pool seems nice and big enough but we haven't used due to staying there just for one night. Friendly staff. Etna view.

Everything was good food ,place etc.👍👍

It was quiet in the middle of Giarre. The restaurant was fantastic and staff super helpful and sweet!

Very delicious breakfest, diverse food. Very nice and friendly personel, clean room. It was just like in the pictures. Very nice hotel :)

The location was good and made a great base for exploring eastern Sicily. Catania was 30 to 40 minutes by car (depending on the route), the Etna funicular was a 50-minute drive, Siracusa was 1 hour and 20 minutes away by car, and Taormina was a 35-minute drive away. There were three petrol stations nearby, with the nearest just across the road. Supermarkets were only a 10-minute walk away. Our room was spacious and clean, with plenty of storage space. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. There was also a small balcony with a table and chairs, and a view of Mount Etna. Breakfast was really good, with a great selection of hot and cold foods and beverages. The coffee was excellent. The staff were polite, helpful, and knowledgeable, speaking excellent English. They provided us with all the information we needed, including restaurant recommendations and details about nearby tourist attractions. There was free parking available for guests in the hotel's large car park, which was securely locked at night.

Everything was great. Our room and bathroom were clean, breakfast was delecious and the stuff was really nice and helpful

Comfortable room with great view. Beautiful common areas like the lobby area (lights are often left off) and pool area (we never tried the bar) Lovely paid spa area (waterfall never turned on, wet and dry saunas only ready on request). Convenient breakfast of satisfactory standard Reception staff great with baggage handling and offering us an early breakfast at 3:30am before our taxi came. Good value for money if compared to resort prices in Australia Great location - short walk to major beaches and easy access to buses (10 min walk to bus stop) Would come back here. Hope the take feedback and get better every time!

Everything was great. Breakfast was full and amazing. Very nice and beautiful hotel. We see you again for sure.

Side view to the mountains and in the front looking at the sea. Nice small balcony, a living room and two bathrooms. The area is surrounded by many restaurants.

Nice comfortable big hotel by the beach, everything is very nearby . Excellent that you get towels for beach and pool without any extra cost. Nice breakfast and rooms. Defiantly a place you can relax.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality and warmth. The hotel immediately made us feel comfortable and truly valued as guests. We would especially like to highlight Tanino, who made our stay even more memorable. He kindly helped us with the check-in, arranged a wonderful room for us, and was always attentive, professional, and helpful from the beginning until the very end of our stay. His kindness and genuine care made a big difference. The hotel’s location is perfect, right on the first line by the sea, with a beautiful private beach. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included in the stay, which made our beach experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. The breakfasts were also excellent, with a great selection and delicious food. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would like to thank the whole team for their outstanding service. We will be very happy to return to this wonderful place again in the future.

Great place, great big room with a lot of facilities, including jacuzzi. The view was beautiful, the breakfast was excellent and staff very very helpful. All the ladies at the Reception were amazing, truly helpful, it was a real pleasure to talk with them and they all made us feel welcome. Very grateful 🙏

"The resort is absolutely beautiful, but it's quite remote, with no shops or restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, it doesn't offer any food options on-site, so we had to leave the resort for lunch and dinner, which can be inconvenient without a car. The bar was also always empty—only drinks were available, with no snacks or light bites offered.

Hotel was super clean and had great modern design (interior). The pool was great - soft water, very long and good for swimming. The restaurant offered a great casual fine dining experience.

Very relaxing location. Rooms clean and spacious. The staff is nice, friendly, and available to help you book spa, restaurants or even activities on the Etna.

I had a few questions before we came on holiday. Prompt replies. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. Looks like some modernised in some areas, the staff were very thoughtful, not overbearing.

Very elegant hotel, nice staff, quiet neighbourghod.

The owners were so nice... Good breakfast. The location is good.

This was the last property we stayed in Sicily, and it became the highlight of all the trip! Wow, just wow! Such ancient and historical place. It was stunning! Our suite made us feel like in a castle. The pool - overlooking vineyards, the sea and Etna. Kids spent all days there. Perfect that it has 2 depths - one suitable for kids, the other for adults. Also they are making really nice wine. And we even got a chance to visit the old wine cellars. Additionally, we booked pasta masterclass, where we learned making of pasta and made ourselves dinner that we enjoyed on the rooftop terrace. Highly recommended!
