Down the hill to Scario Beach and a short walk up the hill to the shops and restaurants. Lory and Bea are such lovely hosts. We loved our 3 nights there and will stay again. Water and sunrise views from the villa also an unexpected bonus.

Located within the quiet village of Leni overlooking the sea. A Dream location.
The host Francesca went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. She made gluten free cakes for breakfast ( as I was gluten intolerant) , home made Jams ( when chatting with locals they mentioned her Jams ) and amazing uova strapazzate with mint each morning.
Her love of the island was infectious as she recommended the best places to visit and eat.
If you are looking for a local experience with local people from the island that will make you feel like you are at home then - this is the place to be !

United KingdomThe receptionist was amazing. He called me the day before to confirm everything. He advised me to book a taxi and he gave the phone number.
He waited for us as we arrived quite late and he showed us our tent ( a really beautiful tent!). He also gave me useful information on my transfer back to Santa Marina for my return journey.
The showers were really nice, the toilets really clean and there is also a lovely washing area, if you need to wash your dishes or clothes. there is a fridge and a washing machine (and a dryer!!). All staff have been very professional. The swimming pool is amazing.

The staff is so lovely, kind, and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile and were ready to help with anything we needed. We also really enjoyed the delicious lunches on their airy terrace. The paninis and salads are fresh and delicious! We felt right at home and very lucky that we could spend our holiday here. This is a true gem!

Breathtaking views, delicious food, delicious wine, delicious coffee, beautiful garden, beautiful rooms, the library, the architecture of the property, lemon trees, multiple sights of relief. There is not a lot to do on the island and you need...
There is not a lot to do on the island and you need transport ie rent a scooter or a car to get around. The best beach is Rinella which has a beach with black pebbles/sand and a lovely little cafe. 2 days is enough really. 1 day to explore and drive around and 1 beach day . There are other things like visiting a Caper farm & wine tasting if you have a 3rd day. It is a very unspoilt place although we were there at the end of the season so might be different during the peak times.

While we walked a bit around the town, and bought some lovely souvenirs from a local shop, we did not have enough time to see the beach, take a hike, or use the local bus to see other parts of the island. I felt I could have easily stayed for several days, if the weather conditions had been better. It is a very green island that beckons to be explored!

Great little village with lots of delicious restaurants ad shops and galleries. Lots of fruit trees and a really cute beach (Spiaggia dello Scario). The village has a small supermarket, and has very good access to the rest of the island via the bus system, or by hiring a car or scooter at the various hire companies in the village.

We could have stayed in Malfa for at least a month!
We could have stayed in Malfa for at least a month! It was a quiet, peaceful town, with a small main street with a handful of shops, and maybe three restaurants, and more of a takeout cafe. We had excellent, leisurely meals at two of the restaurants, and really enjoyed the staff at both. We walked down to the beach one day, and loved it, but it was otherwise a lazy few days in a spectacularly beautiful place with very pleasant people. Malfa is a treasure!

I loved my stay at Casa Papuzza! It suited me perfectly for a week’s stay in Malfa. The apartment is simply and beautifully decorated, with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It had a wonderful deck to live both the Inside/outside experience with nice views over the town to the sea. Short, safe walk to the piazza and from there down to the beach. Hosts and management were proactive in proving all information needed for an easy checkin and stay. If I have the privilege of returning to Salina one day, I would love to stay here again.

Such a beautiful apartment for the 3 of us. Superb view, generous and delicious breakfast that changed every day. Stunning interior, comfortable beds and next level bathroom. Loved the pool, picked herbs from the garden for our dinner and had the option of pod or stovetop espresso coffee in our little kitchen. If Salina wasn't such a beautiful island, we need never to have left the apartment! Serena and her staff were so helpful and kind.

We stayed four nights at Il Geslo Vacanze, Paolo and Gianfranco were really great hosts providing information about buses, maps and help when necessary. The room was great with a magnificent seaview (and a hammock to enjoy the sun). The breakfast on the terrasse were a great way to to start and plan the day !
Overall, a really great stay ! We would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Salina !

Outstanding boutique hotel, tranquil and Lucy was exceptional along with her staff in looking after our every need. We took a boat trip round the island as well as a day trip to Panaterea and Stromboli
