Absolutely amazing gem of a place to stay on the island of Elba. The greatest thing about this place is the location. When you first arrive, you may be a little confused, because you have to drive through a small street in the heart of Marina Di Campo, where it seems to be only pedestrian, but after you pass this, you drive up a remote dirt road to a private hill top, where you have access to a private beach, but you are still 5 minutes from the center of town for all your needs (markets, restaurants, shopping, clubs, bars, etc). Be also advised that to go to and from the beach, you have to walk down/up a steep hill.

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, had an amazing view, and was located off the beaten path from the touristy beach towns. The hosts were incredibly kind, accommodating, and provided great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. The village of Marciana is beautiful and the home is very conveniently located in the village.

    Great location, shop, beach, restaurants... all just under your nose. Apartment have huge terrace and nice equipement, modern bathroom with spacious shower. For 5eur a day you can park your car just under your terrace. Overall great stay 9/10.

    the location of the apartment is optimal, just a 2 min walk from the beach, right in the center of marina marciana. Free parking nearby. The apartment is well-equiped with a separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with adjacent living room. The apartment is equiped with AC. Alessandra welcomed us and gave us a lot of information on things to do in the neighbourhood and around the island. Would recommend.

    The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had a little kitchen and a really nice terrace with an ocean view. If you walk down the hill you have a little beach there where you can take stand-up-paddle-boards and Kanus. We had a car so everything was close. We really enjoyed our stay.
