Spacious, bright and comfortable, with easy parking. The hotel is relatively new and offers spacious room and overall a bright and spacious location that is really comfortable. Located not from Belvedere and very close to the autostrada to Catania a great place to spend a couple of nights whilst working nearby. A shopping centre is close by to get any essentials. Did not eat nearby but there there a couple of pizzeria nearby.

Very relaxing and comfortable room in lovely Mellili. I asked if I could store my luggage for a few hours (was changing from previous 2 nights in Mellili different accommodation), and they were able to store them for me. This was very helpful and really appreciated! I'd stay here again!

This is probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. The location is great, between Catania and Siracusa and very near the sea. The whole family is kind, helpful, full of tips about the area, welcoming and made us feel right at home. The property is surrounded by an olive grove and lemon and almond trees, and there is a wonderful pool great for relaxing. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We had a wonderful time at the Podere and we didn't want to leave.

We spent one night at Ficodondia, and found the town of Sortino because of this B&B... Wanted to stay and experience real Sicily outside the large tourist area of Siracusa. Chiara the host/owner has put a lot of heart, work and great taste turning the place into a little hospitable gem inside a small Sicilian town. She promptly provided practical suggestions for parking within short walking distance from the house. The house is very neat, common kitchen well stocked with goodies, good food available for guests anytime. Including fresh tiramisu and red wine cake! We liked the place and the host very much, and do recommend others to choose it.

A lot going on here, so let me do this by bullets – – great hosts, very helpful and joyous – spacious rooms, we even got a small upgrade and got to stay in the big deluxe room – our host lady brought us some fresh bread in the morning which did the trick – a looooot of animals everywhere from donkeys to cows, dogs, geese, cats, and goats, maximum agro vibez – since i love when nature and industry collides, then this place couldn't have been better – stand by the pool and look at healthy lemon trees in the front and a huge city-like megafactory (oil plant) in the distance, damn awesome!

The accommodation is wonderful, located in a quiet part of the town. We had two apartments on the ground floor, and both were fantastic. We traveled around Sicily, and I would rate this place as one of the best accommodations we had. We would definitely come again. Parking here is not a problem at all, and it takes about 20–30 minutes to get to the town or the beach. As gifts, we received almond milk and traditional Sicilian cookies.

poor location next to industrial site and just off the...

poor location next to industrial site and just off the motorway nothing in proximity it is next to busy road with poor sound insulation so you hear cars and everybody else in other rooms, it is a block of flats would not recommend the place
