UkraineGreat hotel, great staff. They were responsive to all requests. The room was very warm, super clean! A gorgeous bathtub and hot water that never ran out! Good WiFi. Large parking area. In the morning we had a great breakfast and delicious coffee. I definitely recommend visiting this hotel.

SwitzerlandWhen we first arrived we had a small issue with the bathroom but in 5 min, very nice lady (I think Farida) upgraded us to a wonderful bedroom with sauna and jacuzzi.
All the personnel were very nice and speak French.

Staff corteous, room spacious and clean, with a minifridge, location superb next to supermarket, bus stop, shopping center, breakfast minimal but ok continental and English. To go back to the room after 11 pm you need to enter from a door in the basement next to the garage, you can park the car outside the hotel.

Close to the autoroute and adjacent to a good Italian pizza restaurant.
Good breakfast and good sized rooms.
The suite rooms are very spacious.
We only used the hotel as a stopover between long journeys.
We didn’t travel into Parma city so cannot comment about location to the city.

The hotel was well situated to visit friends.
I had requested tea making facilities and a kettle and cups were provided on arrival.
The buffet breakfast was good.
Staff were helpful.
