The check in was smooth! Location is good ( nearby the bus stop by which you can easily get to ancient city of Venice)! The apartment room is beautiful and clean , had everything needed. Also we stayed for dinner at the restaurant and the chef is charming! Wine is tasty and pasta delicious!

The A/C worked. We slept like babies. We considered staying longer but had to get back home. The room had a fridge, WiFi and a large bed. It was located pretty close to downtown Venice, which was our goal. The room was dated but clean. Plenty of parking.

I've never met a more professional and helpful gentleman than the one working at the reception of the lodge. Helpful in all possible ways, attentive to details, yet not intrusive! A truly great professional! The lodge was extremely clean, well equipped, comfy beds and sheets, and the breakfast delicious. I totally recommend the property!

The staff provided the best experience of any hotel over our 3 week trip to Italy. Very accommodating and Christian was an exceptional waiter! Also, the bus to the Venice water taxis is only steps away from the property (unlimited 24hr pass sold at the front desk). When we go back, we'll be staying here again!
