Simply stunning! Old Orte is a gem to find, perched above the Tiber with original streets and buildings, yet functioning fully, with active renovation work etc. The apartment is an exceptional space, with two shower rooms, two big bedrooms and a very large living / kitchen area, all beautifully refurbished. It is super quiet and the best we have had in over two months of travel. The host is very friendly and helpful and made a recommendation to view the underground water tunnels / history, which we took up. Excellent. (There is a tourist office off the main square too.) We loved this place, town and apartment!!

From the outside quite plain but inside was stunning spacious with a lovely bathroom and big bedroom. Breakfast included was an understatement so many choices. About 15 minutes walk from old town which was easy to find even in the dark.

The hosts were wonderful and helped us manage a difficult situation when the trains were cancelled. We gave very short notice for the reservation, late in the evening, and they were very helpful and welcoming. It is a shame we could only stay one night.

The location was absolutely beautiful. Most amazing views from the Inn. The Host was very helpful and directed us to nearby Restaurants and places to visit. Will definitely come and stay here when we come to Italy again. 🌻
