Lovely central hotel, you have everything within walking distance, staff very friendly and spoke good English, breakfast with lots of choices to choose from, highly recommended hotel, I hope to come back soon.

This was by far the best stay I’ve ever had in Italy—and I’ve visited many times. Everything exceeded my expectations. Communication with the host was excellent: always clear, fast, and incredibly helpful whenever I had questions. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless—truly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in. You could tell great care was taken to maintain it to a very high standard. Overall, an outstanding experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Italy.

Everything!!!!!!! Fantastic location, superior accommodation. Well laid out and fully equipped. Host is fantastic with a good command of English. Property is within the old city area and surrounded by history.only slight slight issue was the internet was being upgraded but not done. Didn’t matter a bit as we logged into restaurants we used. Lovely garden to sit in and able to park our car in the garden was a definite plus. Many thanks to Lucia for a wonderful visit.
