Business Hotel in Tuscany. Clean nice rooms, very good bed mattresses, pillow memory foam. Coffeemaker and fridge in room. Workijng AC at 38C! Breakfast was Italian (limited choice) but fresh coffee made by human! Best value in August! you need to understand that this hotel is not romantic or with views! it's in municipaly area with schools, public pools and sport grounds (COOP next door)

All of Peccioli's attractions are within walking distance of the apartment, which is ideal as there is so much to see! It was very comfortable and was usually a pleasant temperature without needing to switch on the air conditioning. Plenty of towels and a change of bed linen were provided which was appreciated. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to any requests for information or help. The residents in the neighbouring apartments were friendly and after just a few days we started to feel quite at home!

This agriturismo was a hidden gem in the heart of Tuscany. Charming, peaceful, and full of natural beauty. The surroundings were vibrant with color, and the whole place had a serene, rustic feel. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home.

Very nice place. Clean, spacious, quiet, with comfortable beds. Surroundings were great - a little town with very good local restaurant. We would like to thank the hosts for warm welcoming. If we ever visit the area again we will definitely stay in Bartahouse.

I stayed in Belvedere House and honestly had a very positive experience. The place was exactly as shown in the photos: comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. It had everything needed for a smooth stay, from a functional kitchen to reliable Wi-Fi. What I liked the most was the location. It was in a quiet area with stunning views. It also has a spacious parking area, which was a huge advantage and made everything much easier for us. The check-in process was simple, and the host was always available to answer any questions, which made everything even more comfortable. They take care of every last detail. Overall, it was a great place to relax during our road trip to Rome. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for something practical, well-located, and cozy.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The villa is absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need.
