We stayed here from February 14th to 21st and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Fabio gave us a very warm welcome and took the time to show us around the house. Highlights of our stay: Spotless and comfortable: The entire place was clean. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), and both are equipped with air conditioning, which was a big plus. Fully equipped kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher, a large fridge, and a freezer. It made our stay very convenient. Modern bathroom: The bathroom is very well-maintained and clean, featuring a toilet and a large, wide washbasin. Fresh towels and linens were also provided by the host. Convenient parking: There is a private parking spot right in front of the terrace, making it very easy to load and unload our belongings. Incredible service for our baby: What touched us the most was the host' thoughtfulness. We traveled with our baby and had asked in advance if there was a blender available for making baby food. Even though he didn't have one, Fabio & António went out and bought a brand-new blender and had it ready for us in the kitchen. Such an incredibly kind gesture! Final verdict: We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and welcoming home. Thank you, Fabio & António!

A very modern, spacious and clean accommodation. The bed is super comfy and the bathroom looks brand new. The host is very friendly and professional. He even organized a gluten-free croissant for breakfast on a very short notice. Thanks again. The host recommended Molly's Pub, a restaurant within a 5 minutes walking distance. The restaurant was really fun, the burger's are out of this world 😄 and A LOT. And you even get a 10% discount as a guest of this accommodation. With ~500/250 MBit/s by far the fastest internet connection we came across in whole Italy. Perfect for backing up all the precious vacation pictures and videos 😄👍

Great night sleep, it’s very close to the train station where airport bus dropped me, less than 5 min walk. Easy check in, great breakfast with friendly staff. 25 min or so walk to the museum which Is well with a trip.

We booked this location last minute to be close to the ferry to cross to Sicily. Hotel was clean, comfortable, with lovely grounds, beautiful views and friendly, lovely staff. Would 100% book here again. Great value for the price.
