Its our second time and the entire experience was incredible. The property is so stunning and relaxing! The spa facilities well maintained and not too crowded at any time, and view from the pool was amazing. Additionally, the hospitality was incomparable and we felt that every team member went out of their way to make us feel at home.

Generously sized, like-new room with balcony includes a couch, desk area and plenty of closet/storage space. The location is just a few minutes walk from the lake that marks the center of town (or drive if you don’t “do” uphill walks: outdoor parking at the Cerana is free or there is an indoor garage for a relative bargain of 15EU per night). Lovely amenities, including citrus-scented shampoo and lotion that were a favorite in our group. An abundant breakfast is included. All staff was attentive, courteous and pleasant. One in our group used the wellness services and loved the facility and the massage she purchased. The quiet location does indeed make for a very relaxing stay.

Great service in general by all means. Hospitality of staff. They responded to our request to have a room on the 4th floor with a very nice view of the mountains . Great food at the “Contemporary “ restaurant with great value of money. Breakfast is excellent. You can request a B/F in the room for additional €10.
